How can we make better experiences for us? for the kids? for potential new team members?
It's our goal from greeting to birth to 4th graders to make the Greenhouse a safe and fun place for kids to discover God... and it's up to us to make it happen! What you do matters! When each one of us do our part, don't give up when things aren't perfect, and strive to pursue our expecations with excellence, we can have a culture that team members can't wait to come to!
So... Organze, Organize, Organize!!! :)
